| Erectile
dysfunction (ED) is the inability of a man to achieve
or maintain an erection sufficient for his sexual needs
or the needs of his partner. Most men experience this
at some point in their lives, usually by age 30, and are
not psychologically affected by it. Some men, however,
experience chronic, complete erectile dysfunction (impotence),
and others, partial or brief erections. Frequent erectile
dysfunction can cause emotional and relationship problems,
and often leads to diminished self-esteem. Erectile dysfunction
has many causes, most of which are treatable, and is not
an inevitable consequence of aging. |

Incidence and Prevalence The term "erectile dysfunction"
can mean the inability to achieve erection, an inconsistent
ability to do so, or the ability to achieve only brief
erections. These various definitions make estimating the
incidence of erectile dysfunction difficult. |

Like
all medications Kamagra can cause some side effects.
These side effects are usually mild and do not last
very long. Some of these side effects are dizziness,
and slight headache and are more likely to occur with
higher doses than. Kamagra is generally well tolerated.
Side effects with Kamagra are more rare, but if experienced
they are usually mild and temporary.
Kamagra must
not be used by men who are taking any medications that
contain nitrates. Nitrates are found in many prescription
medications that are used to treat angina.
Nitrates are also found in illicit drugs such as amyl
nitrate (poppers). If you are not sure if any of your
medicines contain nitrates, or if you do not understand
what nitrates are ask you doctor or pharmacist. If you
take Kamagra with any nitrate medicine or any illicit
drug containing nitrates our blood pressure could suddenly
drop to an unsafe level. You could get dizzy, faint
or even have a heart attack or stroke. |
